In February 2008, there was a second printing
of the Accreditation
Process Guide. Due
to the cost factor, the decision was made
to print this edition in black and white
(print and pictures) with a ONE color highlight
for the boxes, etc. This black-and-white
version of the APG comes with a packet
of the revisions through January 2008 included!
The user will need to pull the “old” pages
and replace them with the correct pages
AND make note of the changes listed on
the final page of the revisions.
