- Double, triple, and quadruple check
your score form to make sure you have
scores in all "boxes" and
at least half an X in blue or black pen.
- Make sure you have written a comment
for EACH "NO" score that
is given!
- If a camp misses a Mandatory, an Immediate
Corrective Action (ICA) form MUST be
completed! Use the list of Examples
of Corrections for Missed Mandatory Standards
at: http://www.ACAcamps.org/protected/sam/8992.pdf to
help out!
- Make sure you are using a score form
with light red (okay, pink) in the "yes"; "no";
and "DNA" columns!
- Make sure
all Visitors AND the camp director sign
the score form!
