The Process
Session proposals are submitted online. ACA
will begin accepting proposals on May 18
and will continue accepting proposals through
September 15, 2009. Each session
requires a separate proposal. Proposals
are reviewed by the Program Review Team. Notifications
regarding acceptance are made in early
October, 2009. You may submit more
than one proposal. We suggest you
submit no more than five. Historically,
we’ve observed that interest in a
presenter can become diluted if there are
too many proposals to consider.
