DATE/TIME: Event will be rescheduled to a date this Fall.
PRESENTER: Stephen Wallace, M.S. Ed.
Mentors matter! Maybe more than you think. And there's no better place to practice mentoring than at summer camp. Learn about the positive youth outcomes of mentoring, what young people look for in a mentor, and how you can maximize your effectiveness as one at camp this summer.
LEARNER OBJECTIVES: By the end of the webinar, participants will learn proven effective outcomes of youth mentoring, the differences between formal (matched) and informal (natural) mentors; and the “three peas" of mentoring: Prepare, Practice, and Personalize.
