Creating Positive Youth Outcomes
The era of accountability is here. Youth program providers are increasingly asked to identify specific programs outcomes and to justify resources, funding, and support. Based on ACA’s Creating Positive Youth Outcomes workbook, this course teaches program staff how to intentionally target positive youth outcomes using a series of simple steps. Exercises, guiding questions, and camp-specific examples will help you think about, identify, and design your program to meet and achieve positive youth outcomes.
The corresponding book and resource CD include: the evaluation outline, examples of goals and objectives you might target, and a facilitator's guide for training staff, copy-ready checklists and worksheets, forms for refining targeted outcomes, youth survey tools designed and used by ACA for youth outcomes research. Recommended for all leadership staff of camp and youth programs: directors, administrators, board members, unit leaders.

- The cost of the course allows up to 50 members of your staff to take the course until December 31 of the current year, unless you purchase additional learners. After that time, you/your camp will need to purchase the course again for the following year.
