Bullying occurs in schools, camps, families, workplace, life. Contrary to formerly-held concepts, bullying can begin as early as pre-school. What are the dynamics of bullying and what leads to the behaviors? Better understanding the bully, his background, and family structure can provide a solid foundation informing how staff can effectively intervene when bullying occurs in camp.
