Sexual Harassment at Camp: How to train staff to cope with and effectively intervene and model with Dr. Susan Weitzman

Sexual harassment occurs in camp settings and can manifest in many ways, often between counselor to counselor and campers to camper, far more than between staff and camper. We will examine various forms of sexual harassment and how to best prevent, intervene and react as camp directors and staff. Various methods of staff training will be discussed and demonstrated as well as do's and don'ts for staff responses.
