StandUP! Mediator Training with Angelica Schab

This course will introduce and explain the standUP! anti-bullying initiative that we have implemented in our organization. We will focus on 3 modules: Management, Mediators and Staff. Participants will learn what management needs to know about bullying, what trained staff, or mediators, need to know to handle situations and what every single staff should know about bullying. The majority of our time will be spent participating in activities that focus on how to mediate different bullying situations that may arise along with learning how to facilitate this program in your own organization.
