I need help logging in. Who do I contact?

  1. First try using the "forgot your password" tool. It will instantly send login credentials to your e-mail address.
  2. If you still need assistance,
    • Fill out the Find a Camp assistance form and we'll respond by e-mail within 1 business day.
    • Call ACA at 800-428-2267 (Mon. - Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST)

Who can login to add/edit my listing?

  • By default, only the person in ACA's database designated as the "primary contact" of the camp can add or make edits. If you want to allow other staff at your camp the ability to add or edit your camp's listing, please fill out the Find a Camp editor form.

What if I receive an error message when trying to add our Find a Camp listing for the first time?

I have a suggestion or want to give feedback. Who do I contact?
