 Welcome to “Weaving a Legacy” ACA Heart of the South Fall Conference.

We will be hosting our conference at the beautiful and reasonably priced Lake Barkley State Resort Park in Cadiiz, Kentucky.  Opening keynote will be with Scott Arizala, "The Camp Counselor" and the closing keynote will be with Gary Forster, "Camp Solutions for Successful Camp Leaders."  Both Scott and Gary will offer workshops during the conference.  There will be a variety of educational workshops and evening programs along with plenty of networking opportunities with other camp professionals from throughout our region. 

Camp tours occur on Tuesday, November 1 starting at 1:00 p.m.

A Standards Course, Visitor Update, Instructor Update and Associate Visitor Course will be offered in conjunction with this conference.

Please remember to reserve your accommodations at the park.

You will have a choice of a single/double room at the lodge ($64.95), a 2 bedroom suite ($144.95), a cottage for 8 ($129.95) or a cabin for 6 ($139.95). 

Meals are available at the restaurant either from the buffet or menu of plated choices. Three meals a day will cost about $30.00 depending on your choices. Cottage and cabin groups can choose to cook meals in their kitchen areas.

Registration fees include 2 refreshment breaks and the keynote lunch on November 3rd.
