Annual Educational Event for Camp Professionals
ACA Keystone proudly presents 3 sessions by excellent speakers. $15 for ACA members/$20 for non-members includes Lunch.

9-9:30 am               Registration & Refreshments
9:30-10:45 am       Session 1):  Bob Jakubek of Berks County Children & Youth Services will discuss state-mandated reports and policies and related options, plus signs of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
11 am-12:15 pm   Session 2): Learn about ADA regulations for pool facilities from noted consultant, author, and Penn State University Senior Instructor Patty Kleban, MS, CTRS.
12:15-1:30 pm       LUNCH
1:30-2:45 pm         Session 3): Ross Bash teaches how to integrate Leave No Trace principles into your camp program.

ACA Accreditation Visitor Update Course, 3-4:30 pm

ALL current Accreditation visitors must get updated prior to visiting camps this summer. If you are a visitor and have not taken an Update Course, here's your opportunity!
There is no charge to attend only the Visitor Update Course.
Due to the revised accreditation program, all visitors must complete an update course prior to visiting camps in 2012. This purpose of this course is to update and inform ACA accreditation visitors of new and revised standards and their requirements. The course will also review information pertinent to the accreditation process. It is critical that accreditation visitors remain current and informed regarding the standards. This course is designed for current ACA accreditation visitors. Visitors will receive a copy of the new 2012 Accreditation Guide at the training. To register, please use the link below.
