Graphic
Designers may want to work with a Photoshop
.psd file. (1M)
Images for the Web
.jpg
This type of file is commonly used for the Web;
typically photographs. Will always show the background
color. Color depth: 16.7 million colors.
.gif
This type of file is commonly used for the Web;
typically logos and icons. Many image-editing
programs can make the background colors transparent
for pages with a background color. Color depth:
256 colors.
.psd
This file was developed for Adobe Photoshop and
is preferred by many designers because it is by
far the most versatile as long as the files are
not flattened (i.e., the individual layers are
kept separate from each other). The file can be
reduced, but do not enlarge a .psd file because
it will degrade.
Linking the Accreditation Logo
To link to the parent "Fun And Safety — ACA
Camps Set the Standard" page, you can use the following
code:
<a href="http://www.campparents.org/funsafety.php" target="_blank"><img
src="http://www.acacamps.org/logo.gif" alt="Fun
And Safety — ACA Camps Set the Standard" border="0"></a>
Replace the ACA Web address to the accreditation
logo highlight in yellow with the name and place
where the logo will live on your Web server.
