Fees
Full payment for all participants is required
with your registration form. You can use Visa,
MasterCard, checks or money orders. Checks
and money orders should be made out to ACA
New England.
Your best buy is full-time registration!
Early-bird registration for full-time participants
is available at substantial savings until February
29th. The early-bird rate is just $220 for
members and $270 for non-members. After February
29th, the cost is $260 for members and $300
for non-members. Full-time registration includes
all activities on Friday and Saturday, including
workshops, seminars, entertainment, free snacks
and our banquet and entertainment on Saturday
night. BRING TWO FULL-TIME REGISTRANTS AND
GET GREAT SAVINGS FOR ADDITIONAL STAFF!
Additional Person Discounts
Once you've registered and paid fulltime fees
for two people from the same camp, you are
entitled to tremendous savings for additional
staff. ACAAccredited or Affiliated Camps pay
just $45 for additional staff members (as many
as you want!). We also offer a discount to
non-ACA camps: Register and pay for two full-time
people from your camp, and additional staff
are just $85. Please note: this special registration
fee does not include the Saturday night banquet.
Banquet tickets can be purchased separately.
Can't attend the whole conference?
We have one-day registration available at $150
for members and $185 for nonmembers. The cost
does not include the Saturday night banquet.

Are you a new camp director or thinking about
becoming one?
Then you'll want to sign up for our New Camp
Director's Workshop on Thursday. This workshop
is open only to those who are full-time registrants
and requires an additional fee.
We are offering two outstanding workshops
on Thursday.
Participants do NOT have to attend the conference...these
are stand-alone programs! Take advantage of these
outstanding learning experiences. Please note
there is a small fee for these courses. Early
registration is recommended as space is limited;
we usually have a waiting list for these popular
pre-conference programs.
Not sure if you can come to the conference?
We do accept walk-in registration on Friday or
Saturday.
Banquet Tickets
Banquet tickets are included with your organization's
first two conference registrations. Additional
staff who wish to attend the banquet should
check the appropriate box next to their registration.
Please be sure to indicate the type of meal
in the appropriate location. The meal count
is given to the hotel well in advance of the
banquet. We cannot guarantee space at the banquet
for meal tickets purchased less than two weeks
prior to the event.
Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent after your reservation
form and payment have been processed. Please
print your email address clearly on the registration
form, as this will be the primary method of
delivering confirmations. Registrants without
an email address will be mailed a copy of the
conference confirmation.
Cancellation/Refunds
All payments are nonrefundable. Registrants canceling
at least two weeks prior to the event may transfer
their payment to another ACA New England event
for up to one year. A written notice of cancellation
must be sent to our Lexington office, in order
to be considered for a transfer.
Raffle Tickets
Everyone loves a winner, and everyone wants to
be a winner. You can support ACA New England
and possibly win a wonderful vacation! Thanks

$1,500 travel voucher, good for plane or train
