ACA Partners with Late July Organic Snack Company

Late July is promoting "The Chance of a Summertime" on the packages of three flavors of their tortilla chips. Late July will donate 10 percent of the profit from the sale of these chips to support ACA's Send a Child to Camp Fund. The chip packages feature ACA's logo and a statement about the camp experience. This product is now available at Whole Foods stores, and will be available in major retailers nationwide beginning January 1, 2011. A co-branded press release by ACA and Late July will formally announce this partnership in January. Other exciting opportunities include a national, prominent display in retail outlets in February, and the announcement of three new flavors in March, which will also feature ACA on the packaging.

Late July currently has a similar relationship with the Jane Goodall Foundation, which has proven to be successful, along with many other charitable orgainziations.

The following text appears on the back of the tortilla chip packages, along with ACA's logo:

The Chance of a Summertime . . . 10% of the profits from the sale of these chips will go to the American Camp Association ® to provide summer camp scholarships to kids in need. We wish every child could have a chance to explore in the woods, swim in the ocean, sit by a campfire under a starlit sky and all the other reasons we named our company Late July ®. I have seen firsthand what an incredible, life-changing experience summer camp has been for my boys, so thank you for helping make it a reality for other children.
