Yes, you can show up to 250 records at once. To change this setting, go to Workplace > Personalize Workplace > General (tab). On this screen, you can also choose which area displays first when starting CRM. - Can I add new reports or customize existing reports?
Not really. It takes special software (SQL Reporting Services) to create reports and it is fairly complex to use. If you would like a report added or customized, please contact MIssy Casner [3] to get the report created/customized. - What are some tips for using "Quick Find" to find records?
- Put a * before camp names (* is a wildcard)
- bear - will find "Bear Camp", but not "Camp Bear" or "YMCA Camp Bear"
- *bear - will find all of those camp names
- You don't need to put a * after words however; it already performs this feature by default.
- When searching for a person, searching by last name is quicker than first name.
- When searching for a specific person, the most direct way to find them is to type last name, first name (e.g. schenk, tom)
- The following fields are searched when using Quick Find on Contacts: ACA Number, Person's Name, Business Phone, Home Phone, Nickname, and E-mail Address.
- The following fields are searched when using Quick Find on Accounts: ACA Number, Account Name, Main Phone, Zip.
