We will be hosting our conference at the beautiful and reasonably priced Montgomery Bell State Park in Burns, Tennessee. This is about a 45 minute drive from Nashville. Our keynote speakers will also offer workshops during the conference. There will be a variety of educational workshops and evening programs along with plenty of networking opportunities with other camp professionals from throughout our region. We are offering camp tours, standards training and associate visitor training in conjunction with this conference.
Camp tours, all refreshment breaks and Friday's keynote lunch are included with conference registration.

Camp Tours begin on Tuesday, November 12th at 1:00 p.m. so arrive early! Check in starts at Noon!
Standards Course is from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12th. There is no charge for this course. There is a separate registration for this course.
Associate Visitor Course is from 9:00 AM on Thursday, November 14th through Friday, November 15th at 3 PM. There is no charge for this course. There is a separate registration for this course. Room and meals are provided.

Kim Aycock, MST, has over 25 years experience blending the skills of a master teacher with the knowledge of a seasoned camp expert. She trains camp staff at all levels and speaks professionally at regional and national conferences. Kim has the ability to connect with and motivate learners of all ages through her interactive and innovative presentations.
Closing Keynote Speakers: Flow Circus 
"Mind over Matter: Lessons from Juggling"
Flow Circus was founded by Paul Miller in 1999 as a company that provided entertainment services for family festivals and private events. Educator Dawn Daria joined the business in 2007 to enhance the educational performances, teen workshops, professional development, and sustainable programming offered. The company has since evolved into a national organization that promotes active learning and play through the juggling arts. This art form provides a simple tool for skill development and playfulness in an ever advancing technological world.
Workshops will be offered in many areas of benefit to camp and youth development professionals. Examples include youth development and behavior, staff training and leadership, business operations, emerging issues, tools and technology, innovative programs and activities.
"Night On The Town! Annual Scholarship Fundraiser
Enjoy a Night on the Town and participate in our annual scholarship fundraiser. Set for Wednesday, November 13th, the group will depart at 6:00 pm from Montgomery Bell. Evening includes transportation, great food, networking and entertainment. Minimum donations is $40.00 per person. Approximately half of that going towards scholarship fund and is tax deductible. Or you can choose to donate a little more and purchase your ticket for $50, $75 or $100. Name your price but sign up fast. Space is limited! Indicate your preference when you register.

All fees are payable by check or credit card to: American Camp Association.
REFUND POLICY: If you must cancel, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
There are very reasonable rooms, suites and villas all convenient to the conference center. Registration fees include 2 refreshment breaks on Wednesday, November 13th and the keynote lunch on Thursday, November 14th. Other meals are available at the restaurant either from the buffet or menu of plated choices. Three meals a day will cost about $30.00 depending on your choices. Villa/cabin groups can choose to cook meals in their kitchen areas. Be sure to reserve your space by October 1st!
