During staff training week, time is limited and attention spans are short. To get the most out of your staff, you need to know what activities will be useful, and how to avoid those that will just waste time. Although it might surprise you, many commonly-held workshops add little if anything to your staff's development. Through this webinar, we will identify the staff training activities you don't need, and offer better solutions for a more effective staff week. By the end of this webinar, participants will learn (a) common staff training topics that are not needed, and how to fix them, (b) how to identify staff training strategies that have and have not been effective in general, and (c) how to save money and time by learning skills to plan a more efficient staff training week.
