The following thirteen core areas will be covered: Leadership, Target Population, Mission & Purpose,Participant Development & Behavior, Program Design & Activities, Human Resources,Risk Management, Business & Finance, Marketing, Health & Wellness, Site & Facilities, Food Service, Transportation. Through the four days run threads of common experience, mutual sharing and support for each participant.
