Join us for an intense Marketing Boot Camp that will focus your marketing efforts in the New Year. Challenge yourself to move beyond “the way we’ve always done it” to a proactive posture that tends to the critical details of “relationship building”.

After lunch, share your brochure to secure professional feedback and then we’ll have a candid discussion of your most pressing programmatic, operational and marketing issues. Submit your burning questions to guest speaker Joanna Warren Smith before the seminar, so she can be ready to give you the best resources possible! Be clear about your issue, the potential negative impact and the correction options that you are considering. Questions will be addressed on a "first-come, first-served" basis, so take the time now to email questions to Joanna at email@example.com .
Joanna has evaluated hundreds of not-for-profit and private camps. As a result, she has acquired a unique industry perspective of best business practices. Joanna appreciates the commitment of those involved with youth-development and is eager to assist in their efforts to enhance product excellence and bring camps to capacity enrollments. She understands the business of camp and is passionate about the positive impact that a quality camp experience can have on a child.
Ongoing focus groups with children, teens and parents have enabled Joanna to understand their expectations of camp, what motivates families to inquire, purchase and return. Through individualized strategies, Joanna has enabled new programs to develop, assisted troubled businesses in their efforts to survive and has been instrumental in the continuing success of established camps.
