Fee is reduced to $75 from $95 (106th Congress)
- Senator Judd Gregg has indicated he’s reluctant
to reintroduce legislation repealing CIPRIS.
He felt there was too little support at the
grassroots level.
ACA Position
- Continue to work with the coalition to repeal
the legislation.
- Encourage ACA camps to encourage Senator Gregg,
and others, to support his repeal language.
- Try to find a sponsor in the House who will
introduce repeal language or language that provides
an exemption for counselors and au pairs.
