- Basic accommodations are in dorm style rooms with 2-3 people per room - please bring linens/sleeping bag for basic accommodation rooms.
- Deluxe accommodations are in hotel style rooms (linens included) with at least 2 beds (some rooms have 2 queen beds, some rooms have 1 queen and 2 twin beds). While deluxe rooms will be assigned to the individual who was upgraded during registration, multiple people may use the room - up to its capacity - at the same rate.
Deluxe accommodations are limited and popular - register early!
REFUND POLICY: No refund for cancellations unless written request is postmarked two weeks prior to the event; 50% of registration fee will be retained for processing. All payments must be received by the event date.
