Important Details:

• Registration includes all meals and overnight stay. 
• To register, click on the link above or call (800) 428-2267.  
• For the Buy 1, Bring 2 promotion, the second (free) person's name must be entered in during registration to get the special deal.  Not sure who's your #2?  Contact us and we'll help you.
• Basic accommodations are in dorm style rooms with 2-3 people per room - please bring linens/sleeping bag for basic accommodation rooms. 
• Deluxe accommodations are in hotel style rooms (linens included).

Buy 1, Bring 2 is BACK!  Buy one registration to OctoberWest before September 15 and bring a second person with you for free!  To take advantage of this special promotion, click "Register Now" above and select "group" as your registration type.  The second person in your registration will automatically be listed as free - now through Sunday, September 15.

But Wait...It Gets Better! 

Register for OctoberWest before the close of the Spring Leadership Conference (April 12, 9am) and not only will you get the Buy 1, Bring 2 Deal, you'll also be entered in to a drawing for an IPAD!

Drawing for the IPAD will take place at the closing session of the Spring Leadership Conference, April 12, at 10:45am.  To be entered in for the drawing, simply register for OctoberWest by April 12th at 9am.  All individuals registered for OctoberWest 2013 (including "free" registrations from the Buy 1 Bring 2 promotion) will be entered into the drawing.  You do not need to be present to win.
