Registration fees include program on Wednesday and Thurday, transportation during the tour, overnight stay on Wednesday, March 4th  and meals on Thursday, March 5th.  While staying overnight is encouraged, it is not required.  Please bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and towel.

Keynote Sessions

Environmental Health-Successful Inspection
Wednesday, March 4th from 7pm-9pm

Environmental Health Specialists'  Amy Paquette of San Diego County and Adela Evans of the County of San Bernardino will share best practices, common challenges and hot topics from recent inspections.  Participants will gain tools and tips for a successful camp inspection.  These two seasoned inspectors will share their experience and answer your questions related to your camps' annual health inspection.

Managing Your Water System in Drought
Thursday, March 5th from 12:15pm-1:15pm

In this session, Richard Selby will speak on the general status of water and well water in Southern California, including water levels, and contaminates as related to the current drought.  Learn about how water is lost, identifying infrastructure leaks, faucets, watering practices, and how to monitor and reduce these loses.  Discover the top five ways to conserve water.

Registration & Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations before 6pm on the registration deadline will be granted with a cancellation fee, assessed at 50% the total paid.  Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be refunded. No-shows are not refundable.  Written copy of the cancellation is required and can be faxed or emailed ATTN: Nina Pierson to: (765) 342-2065 fax or npeirson@ACAcamps.org.  Phone cancellations are not accepted.  If ACA, Southern CA/HI cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded. ACA, Southern CA/HI is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event is attended, postponed, or cancelled.  All registration payments must be made by the event date in order for participants to be admitted to the event.
