We invite you and your company to join us as an exhibitor, sponsor, or both at the 2013 Southeastern Fall Camp Conference, hosted by the American Camp Association's Southeastern Field Office. This conference provides exhibitors an opportunity to market goods and services, help create strong name recognition and allow you the opportunity to have fun alongside 200+ camping professionals representing more than 75 camps and youth development programs throughout the southeast!

Join the Boot Scootin' Block Party!
The Block Party is back! Serving as the opening of our Exhibit Hall, the Block Party will include a buffet dinner, live music, and dedicated program time to encourage attendees to visit your booth, as well as entertainment for everyone.

This is the perfect time to not only meet our conference attendees, but to have fun along side of them. Exhibit Hall time will continue the next morning with mid-morning snacks and coffee available inside the hall.

3:15pm-5:00pm — Opening Session & Keynote
5:15pm - 7:30pm — The Ho' Down Block Party! (Exhibit Hall Grand Opening, live music, dinner, & entertainment in the Exhibit Hall)

9:00am-10:15am — Education Sessions
10:30am-11:45am — Membership Meeting and Exhibit Hall Open (coffee & mid-morning snacks served)
10:45am-Noon — Exhibit Hall Break Down & Move Out
