Please join us for the ACA, Upstate New York / Ontario Camps Association Conference.  The Conference is scheduled for February 20-23, 2013 in Niagara Falls, Ontario and will feature keynote presentations, a variety of breakout sessions, an exhibit hall and many opportunities for networking. 

Registration

Registration for the ACA, Upstate New York / Ontario Camps Association (OCA) Conference is now open. A $50 discount off the full registration fee is available to ACA members.  If you would like to take advantage of this offer, mark your registration form ACA Discount and deduct $50 from the fee.  There are many registration options.  Participate in the full conference, attend for a day, or come to a specific event.  Download a Registration Form.

When making your reservation, please mention either OCA or ACA, Upstate New York.  A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference at the rate of $99 for Cityview rooms and $139 for Fallsview rooms.  These rates are in Canadian Funds and are subject to the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).  The rates reflect single or double occupancy.  Triple and quadruple accommodation is available at an additional cost of $20.

Volunteer Opportunities

We invite exhibitors to participate in Canada’s largest camp show attracting attendees from Upstate New York, Ontario Canada, and surrounding areas!
