The Reston Association is currently seeking a Camp Program Manager to direct the activities of camp programs including staffing, training, program planning and implementation, facility scheduling, licensing, and preparation and management of the program budget. This position manages 12 summer seasonal supervisors who supervise a total of approximately 80-100 seasonal employees. Westview on the James is looking for a people-oriented, servant leader to answer the calling to be our next Guest Services Manager. As the catalyst for healthy and consistent communication between all guest groups and the leadership of other departments, this position requires an organized person with a strong, persuasive personality with an attention to details. 

The leader of the Guest Services department oversees all aspects of the marketing, booking, program, recreation and meeting/housing areas as it relates to the guests in camp. This position will lead and supervise a diverse team of staff within the Guest Services and Housekeeping departments.

The qualified candidate will exhibit a joyful and optimistic attitude and faith in Christ, and will desire to help shape the evolving community and culture of a camp in transition.
