Fall, 2012 New Standards Instructor Course - Two Options

When:
COURSE 1: Thursday, November 15, through Saturday, November 17, 2012 (near Indianapolis, IN) 
COURSE 2: Friday, November 30, through Saturday, December 2, 2012 (near Atlanta, GA)

Where:
COURSE 1:  Waycross Camp and Conference Center, Morgantown, IN (approximately 45 minutes from Indianapolis)
COURSE 2: Camp Twin Lakes, Rutledge, GA (approximately 45 minutes from Atlanta)

Both sites offer great amenities for the new Instructor course which includes ability to serve a variety of dietary needs, wireless internet access, nice meeting rooms and sleeping rooms for two.

Cost:  
$395/person (billed to local office after the course).  Cost includes:  Room (two nights), all meals/snacks and all training materials.  If participant needs to arrive the night prior to the start of the course, arrangements can be made for an extra night of accommodation/meals at a nominal fee. 

Participants are responsible for ALL travel costs and arrangements.  An airport shuttle from the airport (Indianapolis or Atlanta is available through the host site for about $25/each way.

Minimum participants:
10 (per course) - IMPORTANT NOTE: Travel arrangements should not be made until participants are notified the minimum number has been reached. If minimum is not reached by registration deadline course will be cancelled.

How: 
Complete application, submit to local standards chair or appropriate staff member for endorsement/signature.  No applications will be accepted or processed without proper endorsement.
