The 2021 California and Hawaii Critical Issues Seminar will feature educational sessions, roundtable discussions and networking socials spanning three days. The virtual delivery of this year’s conference increases the benefits of convenience, safety and value. This combined event hosted by ACA, Northern California and ACA, Southern California/Hawaii will provide great networking and timely information. We will share practical solutions around modifications to programs in the time of COVID-19 with lessons learned from last summer to help you prepare for next summer. We will explore the most relevant topics facing camp operators: California and Hawaii laws and regulations, training staff virtually, increasing diversity, equity and inclusion and sharing the resources to keep camp safe and open for business.
