Food Allergies in Camp: What Staff Needs to Know

A training module presented by a pediatric allergist who is a nationally recognized food allergy educator.  This education module reviews key principles in food allergy management that are relevant to all camps.  Participants learn how to prevent accidental exposures to food allergens tailored to specific camp settings. The module also reviews critical skills in food allergy management such as reading labels, preventing cross contact, and appropriate use of EpiPen.
