Join EPIC (Emerging Professionals in Camping) for a weekend retreat at YMCA Camp Shady Brook in Deckers, CO! Session topics include:
- Career development
- Financial management
- Middle manager support
- Creating a positive, inclusive staff culture
In addition to education sessions, there will be lots of time for networking and connecting with your camp peers in similar professional roles. Join us for ice skating, camp tours, bonfires, a camp swag white elephant, and other social fun! Registration cost includes five meals (Friday dinner – Sunday breakfast) and lodging. Lodging is a shared bunk-style cabin.

Camp Shady Brook is the perfect place for groups to gather and is an ideal location for the EPIC Retreat. Tucked away in the Rocky Mountains, there is no shortage of nature, trails, and wildlife. Camp Shady Brook is far enough from the cities to feel like an escape, but close enough for reasonable travel times.
