Staffing Summit Follow-up Conversation #1

The calendar now says 2023 which means that strategies to recruit, hire and retain staff look different than they did in the fall. Regardless of whether you were able to attend the 2022 Staffing Summit in October, we would love for you to join the ongoing staffing conversation to collaborate with other camp professionals around promising practices that are moving the needle in a positive direction. You will have the opportunity to choose the staffing topic of your choice for two different breakouts during our time together and share thoughts, questions, and ideas in small group discussions. Project Real Job resources and other important information to join us in-person at various conferences will also be shared.
