First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor - (American Red Cross) - Asheville, NC

December 13, 2022
12:00 am – 11:59 pm

The purpose of the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Course is to train instructor candidates to teach the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses, select Skill Boosts, and Bloodborne Pathogen Training.

This is an ideal course for camps who would like to run their own First Aid/CPR/AED courses at their facilities or camps. These courses meet the ACA accreditation standards for Staff Training.

This is a ONE-DAY in-person course with about 2 hours of pre-course online learning that must be completed course attendance.

BONUS: If you are looking for a way to offer Wilderness First Aid certification courses at your camp and have an instructor candidate who already holds a current wilderness medicine certificate, there is an easy, free, online Wilderness First Aid Instructor bridge course available for folks who complete the First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor course. It's like getting two instructor courses in one!
