We invite you and your company to join us as anexhibitor, sponsor, or both at the 2019 Mid-Atlantic Camp Conference. This conference provides exhibitors with an opportunity to market goods and services, help create strong name recognition, and to have fun alongside 100+ camping professionals representing more than 70 accredited camps and youth development programs throughout Virginia and West Virginia.

  • $350 - ACA Business Affiliate 
  • $450 - Non-Business Affiliate

Schedule

  • 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - Exhibitor Set-up
  • 11:20 a.m. -12:20 p.m. - Exhibitor Round Tables
  • 12:30 p.m.- 1:30 p.m. - Lunch in Exhibit Hall and extra Exhibitor Time 
  • 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Exhibitor Tear-down
