9th International Camping Congress

September 30th Registration Deadline

It’s not too late to experience the multinational culture of Hong Kong in the company of camp, outdoor, and youth development colleagues from around the world, November 4-7 at the Wu Kwai Sha YMCA Youth Village. Hosted by the Camping Association of Hong Kong and supported by the International Camping Fellowship and the Asia Oceania Camping Fellowship, delegates will participate in educational seminars, visits to area camps, and unforgettable cultural and dining experiences.

Register now at http://www.icc2011.org.hk. Updated information about speakers and program schedule is on the Web site. Airline rates have dropped, and lodging is included in the registration fee, but registration closes on September 30.

Three special Pre-Congress Courses will be offered by the International Camping Fellowship. Full information and registration for the International Camp Directors Course (ICDC), the ICDC Trainers Course, and the World of Teambuilding Course with Jim Cain are posted at www.campingfellowship.org.

I think getting involved in

I think getting involved in things like the International Camping Congress is a great thing. My son has been interested in getting involved in something like this. He has become very excited about taking his leadership skills to the next level, so he's looking into building that through things like the International Camping Congress, Global Leadership Adventures, and a few other options. He missed this camping congress, but is hoping to catch the next one. I'm happy for him!
