Camp Anokijig
Since 1926, Camp Anokijig has offered campers of all ages a multitude of exciting and rewarding camp experiences. The Anokijig facility consists of over 400 acres of forest, marsh, and farmland surrounding 2/3 of the shores of Little Elkhart Lake just 4 miles north of Plymouth, WI. Programs include an extensive summer camp program annually serving nearly 3,000 campers aged 7–16 in one-week camp sessions, 3 family camp weekends, a multitude of recreational group outings, and numerous outdoor education groups. Programming takes place year-round with the largest use from April to November. Off-season usage is expected to increase with the addition of our new event space, Centennial Lodge. Our current opening is for a Janitorial/Maintenance Assistant responsible for cleaning of housing, office, and restroom facilities. Position may also take part in basic repairs and upkeep of facilities and equipment as well as grounds keeping and assistance with facility set-up and teardown. This is a year-round, full-time position, 8 hrs/day, 5 days per week ideally.
