Discussion  - New techniques and equipment for a higher quality of food, such as Sous Vide machines.

Demonstration of simple recipes for vegan/gluten-free recipes for those with special needs.

11:30 am Return to Camp Montogmery for Lunch

12:00 pm Lunch- roundtable discussion adressing food alergies at camp              

12:30 pm Depart for Lake Swan Camp

1:00 pm Tour Lake Swan Camp Program with host Perry Rollins and Staff

Kitchen Tour

Prepping for Large Groups with No Quality Loss at Minimum Cost

Group Discussion on Issues and "Farm to Table" planning.
