Exhibitor & Sponsor Information - Spring Leadership Conference

 

SLC Welcome Reception

Tuesday, April 21
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

There will be 5 to 8 games set up around the pool area. Vendors will “host” a game, be there to develop relationships, meet and greet, get to know players. Bring some swag to distribute while at the game (pens, stickers, etc.) as prizes.

There would be 2 to 4 vendors per game, vendors will sign up for the game they would like to host – sponsors get first pick, then first come, first serve.

Wednesday, April 22, 2020 9:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. 

  • 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. – vendor set up
  • 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Break out
  • 9:30 a.m.  – 10:30 a.m.  Vendor coffee and refreshments with raffle
  • 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Keynote
  • 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. lunch and tree planting – invite vendors to join in for lunch
  • 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. break out
  • 2:45 p.m.  – 3:15 p.m.  vendor snack time and raffle
  • 3:15 p.m. – vendor break down

Optional:

  • 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.  Roaring 20’s Cocktail Hour
  • 6:30 p.m.  – 8:00 p.m.  Dinner and Film Fest ($75 dinner)
  • 8:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.  Roaring 20’s Dance Party

 

Vendor Showcase Includes:

  • 8' table and chair.
  • Electricity available for $15.  
  • Company listing in program book
  • Full conference registration for 2 members (Dinner and Film Fest $75 additional fee, per person)
  • A list of all conference participants, upon request, after the conference

Certificate of Liability Insurance

All exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance for each ACA, Inc. show you exhibit at.  The exhibitor hereby assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, its operator, or host location, ACA and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents against all claims, losses, or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the Hotel, host location, and its employees and agents. Exhibitor acknowledges that neither the Hotel, its owners, its operator, nor host location, premises maintain insurance covering Exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance insuring any losses by Exhibitor.  Exhibitor assures the legal use of all intellectual property and copyrighted material. Limits of coverages shall not be less than single limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence or in the aggregate. ACA, host location, and their respective officers, directors, members, agents, employees, and representatives shall be named as additional insureds with this coverage shown as primary to any other coverage available to any of them. The Exhibitor shall deliver a certificate of insurance that evidences this coverage to the satisfaction of ACA at least thirty (30) days prior to opening day of the exhibit (see #7 of the terms and condition on the multi-conference application).
