ACA Spring Leadership Conference 2021

The 2021 Spring Leadership Conference will feature just-in-time learning, speaker panels, roundtables and engaging sessions spanning four days.  The virtual delivery of this year’s conference increases the benefits of convenience, safety and value while preserving the fun, networking and timely information which are hallmarks of the conference.  We will share practical solutions around modifications to programs in the time of COVID-19 with lessons learned from last summer to help you prepare for next summer. 

We know you are spending a lot of time on screens, so we are designing the conference with you in mind.  You will not have to endure endless hours of staring at your computer, phone or tablet.  The conference will happen with shorter bursts of education and plenty of time to connect with other camp directors. The content will be participatory and not “sit and get”.  Not only are breaks built in to help you keep up with home and work commitments, you will also have access to all the recorded sessions in case you miss something you are interested in or were viewing a concurrent session. 

And we know you are looking forward to the fun. The committee is planning some great networking opportunities and socials that you won’t want to miss.  Throughout the conference you will “learn by doing” the best practices for virtual trainings and meetings that you can use to make your own online activities more engaging.
