How Camp Professionals (Who Are Not Nurses) Oversee Camp Health Services

How does one oversee a camp’s Health Center staff when one isn’t a nurse or physician?  Join us as Linda Erceg, RN, MS, PHN, steps through this process.   Learn what to observe, how a performance management system can guide Health Center staff, and clarify/articulate your expectations for this specialized group of professionals.  Expect to expand your own management “bag of tricks” while also improving your camp’s health outcomes.

Through this webinar participants will:

  1. Clearly articulate their expectations of Health Center staff in a way that guides the staff’s professional practice.
  2. List what to observe as an indicator of appropriate professional practice among Health Center staff.
  3. Develop and utilize a performance management tool that guides Health Center staff performance.
