Identify, Analyze, and Take Control of Your Risks

Let’s starting at the very beginning ...a very good place to start your risk management planning.  First we begin by examining the process and importance of having a plan. Being familiar with the laws, regulations and the ACA Standards provide excellent guidelines but even within them you have lots of decisions to make specific to your camp. This interactive webinar is designed to help you make decisions that will make sense and have a positive impact on your control strategies.

By the end of the webinar participant will learn:

  1. examine the tools to help you identify the risks you are assuming when you choose to operate a camp
  2. utilize a process to analyze the probability and impact of each risk exposure
  3. be able to identify the appropriate responses to prevent, reduce and control loss
