Ten Things Your Multi-Year Staff Aren't Telling You

Camp administrators rely on seasonal staff for leadership and support, but do you really know what makes them tick?  From wanting trust and freedom to valuing the mistakes the director makes, this session will provide an insight into the young people who keep coming back year after year and how to keep them in leadership roles.

By the end of this webinar, participants will:

  1. Learn strategies to better support their seasoned program staff members,
  2. Understand elements are necessary to maintain healthy working relationships with employees amidst the unique challenges of a camp setting, and
  3. Formulate an action plan for achieving buy-in from return staff.
