Due to the Centers for Disease Control and state and county guidance urging us to avoid gatherings of 50 or more people for the next several weeks, the American Camp Association has made the decision to cancel the 2020 Spring Leadership Conference. The 2021 Spring Leadership Conference is scheduled for April 13–16, 2021. Updates will be posted as they become available.

2020 Spring Leadership Conference Rates

We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the US.

ACA will continue to evaluate the best approach to rescheduling and offering alternative options for all ACA events scheduled before May 1st, leveraging guidance from state and local officials.

SLC Welcome Reception

Tuesday, April 21
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

There will be 5 to 8 games set up around the pool area. Vendors will “host” a game, be there to develop relationships, meet and greet, get to know players. Bring some swag to distribute while at the game (pens, stickers, etc.) as prizes.

There would be 2 to 4 vendors per game, vendors will sign up for the game they would like to host – sponsors get first pick, then first come, first serve.
