Fall, 2013 ACA New Standards Instructor Course

When:
Thursday, December 5 (2 pm start), through Saturday, December 7, 2013 (noon finish)

Where:
The Nature Place, approximately 1 hour west of Colorado Springs, CO airport or 2 hours from Denver International Airport.

This location offers great amenities for the New Instructor course which includes ability to serve a variety of dietary needs, wireless internet access, nice meeting rooms and hotel style sleeping rooms, comfortable beds, and a great view!

Cost:  
$400/person for double occupancy, $450 for single occupancy (billed to local office after the course).  Cost includes:  Room (two nights), all meals/snacks and all training materials.  If participant needs to arrive the night prior to the start of the course, there are several hotels in the vicinity of both airports.

Participants are responsible for ALL travel costs and arrangements.  An airport shuttle from the Colorado Springs airport is available through the host site for about $40/each way.

Minimum participants:
Ten (10) - IMPORTANT NOTE: Travel arrangements should not be made until participants are notified the minimum number has been reached. If minimum is not reached by registration deadline course will be cancelled.

How: 
Complete application, submit to local standards chair or appropriate staff member for endorsement/signature. The local Standards Chair or staff member must submit the application to the ACA Inc. Accreditation Department no later than October 15, 2013.  No applications will be accepted or processed without proper endorsement.  Upon receipt of endorsed application, additional course/travel information will be sent.
