Exhibiting at the ACA National Conference puts your business in front of thousands of camp and youth development professionals who are decision-makers and influencers in their organizations. Important Notice

Business representatives must register as exhibitors or sponsors to attend the event. Registering as an attendee is not an option for vendors or companies, or people who want to attend the conference to sell to or network with summer camps for the purpose of building your business. 

Booth Fee

  • Business Member: $2,000 inline booth; $2,200 corner booth 
  • Non-Member:  $2,800 inline booth; $3,000 corner booth

Your booth rental fee includes:

  • 10 x 10 booth with pipe and drape; exhibit hall is carpeted
  • 4 booth personnel badges (individuals must work for your company)
  • Opportunity to have a commerce session.  If you have been accepted to speak at the national conference and already registered for your booth or are planning to register for a booth, do not register as a speaker.  Your badge will be with your organization's exhibit packet onsite.
  • Access to more than 100 educational sessions
  • Note:  Due to a change in ACA's privacy policy, we will no longer be providing an attendee list.  You will have the option to purchase a lead retrieval to scan attendee badges.

Your booth rental fee does NOT include:

  • Table, chairs, etc.
  • Electricity
  • Wi-Fi
