On October 6, 2025 the National Standards Commission (NSC) released updates to the Accreditation Process Guide (APG) that go into effect November 1, 2025. 

The NSC has mandated training for accreditation volunteers related to these updates. All current accreditation volunteers (as of 10/6/25) have been enrolled in the online, asynchronous training in the ACA Learning Center. 

Steps to Access Training

  • Visit the ACA Learning Center
  • In the top right corner, log in using your ACA credentials (Hint: your username is your email address)
  • Go to 'Dashboard' and find Accreditation Volunteer Update 2025
  • Click on the course tile to begin.

In order to remain current, volunteers must complete this training by June 1, 2026
