What People are Saying about CampWell
We can prove with our 90% retention of staff that they feel well taken care of here. Our staff feel safe, supported, and connected. Without CampWell, our staff would quit. They were leaving and not coming back, and now they're here. -Camp Behavioral Health Specialist (LCSW)
What we liked about CampWell is that it wasn't a reaction to the mental health challenges, it was a holistic approach to well-being. It offered a path forward where we felt like we could build skills to actually prevent challenges from happening and give our staff and participants some resilience and skills in order to help them face challenging times. -Camp Executive who has been part of the CampWell program for two years
Allison Krabill first chanted to light the magic campfire at the age of 6, and she hasn't stopped talking about camp since. Now, as the Executive Director of The Summer Camp Society and Camp Director at Warner-Tully YMCA Camp, she brings her passion for community and inclusion to new heights. With a track record of doubling budgets and boosting enrollments, Allison knows how to make camp experiences unforgettable. Each week, with The Summer Camp Society, she chats with over 40 camp professionals from across the US & Canada, sharing insights and sparking new ideas. Inside the sandbox or outside of it, Allison is all about creating magical moments and lasting impacts.
