Join us for the next ACA, Keystone EPIC Exchange! Our April call will feature Emily Goinsky!
Leadership comes with unexpected realities—from loneliness and decision fatigue to learning that helping people recover from mistakes can matter more than preventing every mistake. Emily will share lessons she wishes she had learned sooner, while participants reflect on a current leadership challenge through the perspective they hope to have five years from now. The session concludes with an open Q&A about the real and rarely discussed parts of leadership.
EPIC is a community created to support Emerging Professionals in Camping. We believe leadership grows not in isolation, but through belonging, mentorship, and shared experiences. This season, we’re focusing on building bridges - between generations of camp professionals, across diverse camp settings, and within ourselves as we learn to balance passion with sustainability.
