Join us for our monthly "Peach State Perspectives" call, where Georgia's camp professionals come together to share insights, discuss trends, and collaborate on best practices. Whether you're new to the field or a seasoned veteran, this is your opportunity to connect with peers across the state, exchange ideas, and strengthen our community. These calls will occur regularly on the second Tuesday of the month and will always feature an expert speaker.
Our December call will feature Charlee Glenn from Camp WILD as our expert speaker. Charlee Glenn is the Director of Environmental Education programs at Southern Conservation Trust's Environmental Education Center in Fayetteville, Georgia and has been teaching science and leading camps in the outdoors for over 15 years now. She is a Master Herpetologist, Georgia Master Naturalist, and enjoys foraging for edible mushrooms in her free time.
During our time with Charlee, she will share insights on safety in the outdoors. We'll discuss anything and everything from identifying harmful plants, bugs, and snakes to staying hydrated and how to keep your campers safe while in nature.
These events are not intended as a selling opportunity for businesses or consultants. Affordable sponsorships are available.
