Upcoming Camps on Campus Virtual Conversations

Tuesday, October 10, 2023 - 2:00 pm Eastern
Before developing a staff orientation ask yourself: What do we do? And more importantly, why do we do it? Your staff orientation should be based on your intended program outcomes. This might mean you need to brush up on your mission and vision statements, understand how the program fits into your organization’s strategic plan or master plan, and review your program content and delivery systems. Staff Orientation should cover the basics and also celebrate this newly formed community of people who are ready to drive your mission forward.

Come join the Camps on Campus group as Ellen Will, Associate Director of Environmental Education at Shaver’s Creek, Penn State University, shares her knowledge and experience of mission-driven staff training!
