Meet the Presenters

Allison Dymnicki, PhD, is a principal associate at Abt Global and a long-time champion of ACA and SeriousFun Children’s Network (SFCN). For 20 years, she’s advanced character development across camps, schools, and communities — through research, practice, and partnership. At ACA and SFCN, she supports several character-focused initiatives, including co-leading the ACA Character at Camp Advisory Working Group. 

Dr. Tim (he/him) is a seasoned inclusion and belonging consultant and VP of quality initiatives at the Indiana Afterschool Network. He improves out-of-school time programs through innovation and support. With a background as an equity educator, scientist, and advocate, he fosters inclusive environments rooted in cultural humility. More than anything, Dr. Tim is a servant leader, educator, and mentor who values identities, cultures, and lived experiences.
