As vaccinations continue to roll-out across the country, we need to continue to take the preventive measures necessary to keep the virus under control and prevent it from spreading. Testing remains a critical measure and is now available at no cost to those who need it, especially those at summer camps.

Through the United States Department of Health and Human Services (U.S. HHS), the Increasing Community Access to Testing (ICATT) program is helping campers to stay safe this summer by providing no-cost COVID-19 testing at camps across the U. S. The HHS program works directly with camps to implement the program. Both campers and staff can be tested if camper’s parents or guardians provide consent for testing.

Additional assistance will be provided to help camps decide what type of testing to provide, how often to test campers and staff,  how to provide results to parents/guardians of campers, and what to do if someone at the camp tests positive for COVID-19.

How to Participate

Contact ICATT at ICATT@hhs.gov if you are interested in participating in the program, or if you would like additional information.  We look forward to working with you.
